Oi, oi! It’s my Treetops Challenge! Are you ready to climb this sky-high challenge all the way to the canopy? We’ll be adventuring low to high, starting with climbers to squats, then star jumps, and finally, the Activate!

4. Gamer

Can you complete every level of my Gamer Challenge? This one is all about gaming. Get a good run-up and let's jump those platforms together. Level one is runners, two is squats and three is burpees. The boss battle is the Activate!

5. Surfer

Cowabunga! Can you graduate from my tubular Surfer Challenge? Welcome to surf school, where we test your surf skills to the limit. We'll be doing runners, climbers and burpees, followed by the Activate.

6. Superhero

Test your superpowers with my awesome Superhero Challenge! If you don’t have superstrength or superspeed yet, you soon will. We’ll be using our superpowers to power through climbers, squats, runners and the Activate.

7. Time Warp

We're turning back the clock with this one. It's the Time Warp Challenge. We time jump through arm circles, runners and toe taps, then head back to the future for the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators.

10. Pumpkin

My spooktacular Pumpkin Challenge will make you feel alive! Get pumped for three tricky exercises: vampire taps, beast mode push-ups and pumpkin smashers. The treat is the Activate! Get ready to move with Joe and the Activators in this special Halloween challenge.

11. Children in Need

Let's get everyone together for this one! It's my BBC Children in Need Activate Challenge, and it's time to open the envelope and see what exercises await. We've got fast feet, star jumps and twisters, plus an extra special Activate! It's totally spotty.
