Amsterdam is celebrating its 750th anniversary, and Central Station finds itself at the heart of the festivities. René marks his 25th anniversary on the job, while Gusta and Alexandra manage the welcome area amidst threatening downpours. Amidst a record influx of visitors, Rosa awaits an urgent delivery and Ron races against the clock. Menno and Baran are deployed to provide security for a high-risk match between Ajax and Inter Milan.

While travelers, tourists, and families rush to reach markets and celebrations, a fierce winter storm hits the region. Train services are severely disrupted by delays, cancellations, and track closures. Station staff must simultaneously manage holiday-season pressure and the chaos caused by the weather.
