Kevin travels to the foothills of the Andes, to meet a south London family who've quit the daily grind to build a home made of soil in the shadow of an active volcano.

3. Belize

Kevin travels to the rainforests of Belize in Central America, one of the world's wildest places, to meet the Atkinson family, who have made a jungle house from rubbish.

4. Sweden

Kevin heads for the Arctic Circle, to meet Richard and Claire, who live in a cabin in the snow-covered forests of north Sweden, where sometimes simply surviving is a challenge.
