Sean Batty travels to the East Neuk of Fife to make cheese, visits Scotland’s Secret Bunker, has a dip in the Pittenweem Tidal Pool and learns about the wildlife and history of the Isle of May.

3. Perthshire

Sean travels to Perthshire. He learns about the ospreys, visits Blair Castle, goes on a highland safari, forages for ingredients to make chocolates and helps create a forest home for Pine Martens.

4. Borders

Sean travels to the Borders. He visits Abbotsford House, helps to tag smolts, goes on an alpaca trek, hits the trails on a mountain bike and finds out how a community saved their lifeboat service.

5. Islay

Sean travels to Islay. He gets a lesson in peat cutting, learns about creating a sustainable future, finds out about creating habitat for the Corncrake and gets a much needed golf lesson.

6. Black Isle

Sean travels to the Black Isle. He visits the Black Isle Brewery, Cromarty Community Cinema, goes dolphin watching and finds out about Scotland's first managed coastal realignment.
