Popular performer Eddie Perfect shares his songwriting and singing skills with the participants to help them express their thoughts and release trapped emotions. The results are amazing.

6. Episode 6

Eddie Perfect shows how singing can relieve stress and anxiety. Culminating in a big finale, the group perform the song they wrote and the Black Dog Institute reveal if the experiment has been a success.
