The telecast will feature performances by Jonas Brothers, Noah Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Marcus King, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Jelly Roll, Dan + Shay and CeCe Winans — joined by Nashville Community Gospel Choir, all lending their talents to help raise critical funds for cancer research.
