Patience and team spirit are tested when the cadettes try to find their way in unknown terrain.

Things get real when the recruits are learning to shoot with real ammunition. In the team challenge you have to be cunning and stay hidden.

5. The hell trek⁩

The recruits are faced with their toughest challenge so far: the hell trek. Some of them fight until the body breaks down. Can they get up again?

6. Only one can continue⁩

As the recruits face their final days two participants are pitted against each other in a challenge where only one can continue.

7. New challenges⁩

New challenges awaits the cadettes when they are doing a trust fall from 4 meters down in the cold lake Vänern. Someone has chocking news.

8. Toughest so far⁩

The cadettes get their toughest challenge so far when the pressure is up. A rescue mission in total darkness demands courage and focus.

9. A night alone⁩

A night alone in the forest awaits our cadettes. They need to fend for themselves and for some the silence is a welcome rest - for others a nightmare.

10. Two rough nights⁩

After one rough night in the woods our cadettes are longing for their beds, but Major Svan announces that they are in for another night in the wild.

11. Fire and heights⁩

In hot and smoke filled rooms the cadettes have to fight fire. Next their challenge is to repel off of a 30 meters high tower.

12. Letters home⁩

The cadettes get through a tough challenge navigating the terrain and sit down to write letters to the people at home. Cadette Fahlén has a hard time.

13. Who will make it?⁩

Next up is a tough challenge: pack your bag right, swim with it and unpack your dry gear. The last four will fight to make it through.

14. ⁨Before the final trial⁩

Before the final trial Svan and Hjelt want to test all cadettes to create a good match in battle partners. The big trial awaits.

15. The final trial⁩

The final trial begins and all cadettes are competing with their battle partner to arrive first at the goal, where the winning couple will be crowned.
