While a new housemate makes her mark, Preston deals with some old, suppressed emotions. Jordan hosts a seafood boil, but things get crabby between Summer and Alex as a big secret is revealed.

While issues remain between Alex and Summer, things starts to get a little flirtatious between Alex and Noelle. As the house gets together for a night of fashion through the decades, a comment in jest leaves Shanice in tears. Nick, Jordan and Summer are on edge as a friendly gesture gets quickly misconstrued.

Summer deals with the aftermath of her outburst. Nick preps for his annual Luxe on the Bluffs event and the arrival of an out-of-town guest. Amir is confronted about a mistake from last summer. Bria faces another relationship woe.

Bria's frustrations with her relationship explode; Amir suffers the consequences of his drinking; Noelle, Shanice and Bria gossip with Natalie; Nick calls a house meeting.

9. The Fall of Summer

As the vacation ends, Summer reveals unexpected news; Amir confronts Bria about the rumors; Alex hosts his Feel the Space event at the Edgartown Lighthouse; the house comes together for a final farewell dinner on the beach.
