Find out as Aidy, Helena, Beth and special guest, drag queen Vanity Von Glow take a fishtastic tour around County Donegal, Galway, County Mayo and the Wild Atlantic Way, discovering Ireland's first maritime gin and the original recipe for Irish Coffee.

4. Cutting the Cheese

Aidy and Helena are joined by new guest presenter, Eulanda Shead Osagiede as they continue their gastronomic adventure through Waterford, Tipperary, Kildare and Wicklow. They brave the wilderness in search of botanicals, talk terroir in whiskey and tuck into Ireland's finest 2 Michelin-Star cuisine while showing a real talent for cutting cheese.

5. The Salmon of Knowledge

From oyster shucking and enchanted fish to exploring rock and roll whiskey castles, the trio continue their adventure through Carlingford, County Meath and Mullagh. They talk tales of folklore, discover why Irish Beef is some of the best on the planet and wind down at the oldest pub in Ireland - and possibly, the world.

6. Dancing Through Dublin

In this final episode, the trio get a taste of true Irish culture as they soak up the literary and libatious delights of Dublin. From Irish dancing to pulling the perfect pint of Guinness, they check out the city's rich LGBTQ+ history and follow in the footsteps of Oscar Wild and James Joyce. They wave a tearful goodbye to the Emerald Isle and toast their journey with something very special.
