1. Episode 1

Operations manager Jamie deals with an emergency landing at Leeds Bradford after a plane's cockpit warning alarm shows its door is still open. Meanwhile, terminal manager Nathan handles a potential disaster with a blocked international arrivals door.

With the airline auditors paying Leeds Bradford an unexpected visit, baggage boys Jimmy and Michael fear for their jobs when they lose a piece of luggage, and Duty Manager Nathan is left to deal with flooded toilets.

The airport is preparing for the grand opening of its facelift and Phil is under pressure to impress Transport secretary Chris Grayling. Three special charter pilgrimage planes are putting the nerves of special assistance agent Dan to the test.
